Three Phase Construction Cleaning
Phase 1 – Rough Clean
Occurs during construction. Removal of major debris and materials to keep the site workable for contractors.
Phase 2 – Final Clean
After construction is complete. Full top-to-bottom cleaning of all surfaces, windows, floors, and fixtures.
Phase 3 – Touch-Up
Final walkthrough clean before move-in or opening day. Spot checks, polishing, and any remaining details.
What Post-Construction Cleaning Includes
